We are located in the SouthCrest Medical Plaza which adjoins SouthCrest Hospital, just west of Highway 169 and 91st Street South.  SouthCrest Hospital has another entrance off of Mingo Road at 88th Street. As you approach the hospital you will see a sign for the SouthCrest Medical Plaza.

Directions and Maps

We are west of Highway 169 at 91st Street. From Highway 169 take the 91st Street exit and go west. Take a right at the sign for SouthCrest Hospital. At the sign for SouthCrest Hospital and SouthCrest Medical Plaza, turn right. Drive past SouthCrest's emergency entrance and their main entrance. After you drive past the sky bridge that connects the Medical Plaza to the Hospital, you will see the South Entrance sign. Elevators are just inside the South Entrance. We are on the third floor in Suite 335.

 If you need valet parking or a wheelchair, SouthCrest Medical Plaza's main entrance has a covered patient drop-off and pickup area. Wheelchairs are available for use. Valet parking service is available at no cost. Also, handicapped parking spaces are plentiful on the east side of the building.
